Welcome to OWRing (the "App"), developed and operated by Shenzhen Huoyan Intelligence Co., Ltd (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

• Account Data: nickname, email address, password;
• Profile Data: avatar, gender, birth date, height, weight, and other health-related info you voluntarily provide;
• Feedback: messages and contact details you submit through support channels.

• Health & Activity Data: steps, heart rate, SpO₂, sleep duration & stages, workout type, distance, calories burned (sourced from paired wearables);
• Device Info: model, OS version, unique device ID, MAC address, Bluetooth status;
• Log Data: crash logs, usage events, network type, IP address.

2.3 Information We Do Not Actively Collect

• Contacts, SMS, or call logs;
• Precise GPS location (the App does not rely on real-time location tracking);
• Photo library content (unless you actively upload an avatar).

3. Purpose of Collection & Use

We collect information strictly for legitimate, necessary purposes:

• (a) Core functionality: activity tracking, sleep analysis, health data visualization & trends;
• (b) Device management: pairing wearables, syncing data, pushing firmware updates;
• (c) Service improvement: anonymized analytics to refine algorithms and UX;
• (d) Security & compliance: fraud prevention, debugging, legal obligations;
• (e) Communication: responding to inquiries, sending service-related notices.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The App may use local storage (Local Storage / SQLite) to cache preferences and health summaries on your device for faster loading. This data stays on your device and is not automatically uploaded.

5. Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

• Essential Service Providers: cloud hosting (AWS / Alibaba Cloud), push notification services, crash analytics (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) — bound by confidentiality obligations;
• Legal Requirements: when mandated by applicable law, court order, or government authority;
• Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice to you.

• Location: Data is primarily stored on your device and our cloud servers (located in Mainland China or your region);
• Retention: Data is kept for the duration of your account, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion;
• Security Measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

8. Account Deletion

You may submit a deletion request via Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion, your account and associated health data will be erased (except where retention is required by law). This action is irreversible.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are a minor, please use the App under parental guidance and with their consent. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor without consent, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside Mainland China, your data may be transferred to and processed in China. We will implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure adequate protection.

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app pop-up, push notification, or email. The updated policy takes effect on the date of publication. Please review this page periodically.
